Any suggestions for a New Z-Perm?

I need a new Z-Perm! My current one is:

M2 U' M2 U' M' U2 M2 U2 M' U2

I am not very good with the M slices. I would want a Z-Perm that consists of Rs and Us. Any suggestions? Please leave a comment if you have one.
